Adriano is delighted to have inked his new four-year deal with Barcelona.

The defender will remain at Barca until 2017 and his buyout clause has been set at €90 million.

Adriano told Barça TV: "it's a very happy day because the president, the vice-president, the Board, the managers and the team are confident in me. Signing on for four more seasons is another dream come true.

"I'm committed to finishing my contract and to continue doing what I've done up until today."
