Sevilla hope to secure Brazilian wing-back Adriano Correia to a new contract next week.

Paulo Affonso, Adriano's agent, is due in Spain after the weekend and expected to enter a final phase of negotiations with Sevilla over a new, improved deal.

Adriano is inside the final two years of his existing agreement.
