Southampton boss Nigel Adkins admits he'll shake up his line-up for their FA Cup tie with Chelsea.

Emmanuel Mayuka is also available before leaving for African Nations Cup duty with Zambia in a game in which Adkins is planning to name a stronger line-up than used in the Capital One Cup.

"The Capital One Cup was a great opportunity to play some of the younger players, who have now gone on to play for us in the Premier League," he said.

"I want to go and win the game against Chelsea, but I also have to be mindful that we have had a run of fixtures that are very close together.

"I have to make sure we arrive on the pitch on Saturday full of energy and not risking anyone picking up a serious injury."
