Reading boss Nigel Adkins admits he may play the kids in the remaining weeks of the season.

Former Fulham striker Pavel Pogrebnyak will line up against his former club.

But Adkins admitted he had been tempted to blood some young players.

He said: "I've watched the Under-21s and Under-18s. There has to be a pathway for the youngsters to come through."
