Adelaide United fullback Cassio has backed fellow Brazilian Robson to be a big success at Gold Coast United. Robson has agreed to move from Brazil's Cabofriense to Gold Coast for next season and Cassio told the Gold Coast Bulletin: "I know first hand how good he is -- and he is very good.

"Some of the Brazilians who have come to Australia think they will have it easy because they don't know much about the league and they think that because it's not South America or Europe it won't be as challenging. But Robson isn't one of them, his attitude is first class. He is strong, powerful and totally committed.

"He's a good tackler and passer and I think they will love him on the Gold Coast."
