Adelaide United keeper Galekovic unsure of Australia start

Adelaide United goalkeeper Eugene Galekovic admits he is no closer to knowing whether he will win a start in the Australian eleven on Wednesday.

The A-League Goalkeeper of the Year is in Brisbane preparing for the Asian Cup qualifier against Indonesia with the Socceroos squad but says he is unsure whether or not it will be him, Sydney FC's Clint Bolton or Central Coast Mariners' Danny Vukovic taking the gloves.

"So I don't know myself as to who will be starting. We won't know any more until the last training session in Brisbane (today)," he said.

"But it's kind of normal. Pim (Verbeek) doesn't reveal the line-up until a day before the game."

Galekovic says it is the same procedure now as it always in regards to goalkeepers not knowing if they are in or not and he believes it is to keep the players highly strung before a match.

"Pim does the same thing pretty much with Mark (Schwarzer)," Galekovic added.

"But he probably knows that he's always going to be playing so he kind of knows what it's all about.

"But I'm sure (Socceroos keeper coach) Tony Franken wants us to work as a group."
