Adebayor wants big finish after topsy turvy season with Tottenham

Emmanuel Adebayor admits he has not had the most consistent season with Tottenham but is looking to finish with a bang.

The former Arsenal and Manchester City striker has battled with injuries this campaign but insists he is going to give everything he has in order to help Spurs secure a spot in the Champions League for next season.

"Don't get me wrong, it's been a difficult season for me with injuries but I feel I'm getting fitter now and it's strange, I'm getting fitter and it's the end of the season," he told the club's official website.

"We've got two games to go and I will give everything I've got left in the locker."
