Emmanuel Adebayor has called on his Arsenal teammates to show more desperation if they want to end their trophy drought.

"People like how we play, but at the end of the day playing nice is good but a trophy is better," said Adebayor. "A League Cup is not good enough for us, of course not. A team like us, the squad, players and fans deserve more.

"We must enjoy it more when we play, but also we need more hunger, to give more than what we have been doing."
