Emmanuel Adebayor feels Louis Saha offers Tottenham the extra spark needed to do something special this season.
The former Manchester United and Fulham forward wasted little time in allaying those doubts last weekend when he scored twice on his full debut to help the Londoners stroll to a 5-0 win over his former club Newcastle United.
"Now to have the chance to play alongside him, it was a pleasure.
"I'm happy for him. It was his first game at home and he scored two goals. Hopefully he will be the striker that we need who can give us a push until the end of the season.
"At the moment we are third and we have to keep going, keep fighting and see how far we can go.""I have immediate respect for Louis. I know him from when I was at Metz, he was the senior player, I was the youth player and I used to look up to him," Adebayor said.
