Emmanuel Adebayor is pricing himself out of a permanent deal with Tottenham.
The Daily Mail says Adebayor earns £170,000-per-week on his Manchester City contract, which still has two years left to run.
And Tottenham are willing to offer Adebayor a basic salary of £100,000-per-week, a range of performance related bonuses and a £4million signing-on fee to clinch the deal.
But it is becoming clear that it will take considerably more to lure Adebayor to White Hart Lane on a long-term contract.
