Emmanuel Adebayor has no doubts Manchester City have a brighter future than former club Arsenal.
There is no doubting the incredible spending power of their Arab owners and Adebayor believes the sheer class of their signings will finally blend to bulldoze to the top of the Premier League and Europe.
Adebayor told The Sun: "I wanted another project so I was not unhappy to leave Arsenal.
"City are a big project and could be the biggest of all next season.
"I have still many friends at Arsenal. But one question is about friendship, the other sport.
"I wanted a better challenge, although these things are never quick and easy at a club with so many new players. Personally, I don't think City fans have seen the best of me yet in this team.
"But my ambition is to play Champions League with Manchester City next season. We have a chance and these will improve if we win in London. So the match with Arsenal is a like a final for us."
