Emmanuel Adebayor has again urged Tottenham to stick with manager Tim Sherwood.
Sherwood will be shown the door at the end of the season by Spurs chairman Daniel Levy.
But Adebayor told the Tottenham Journal: "Hopefully he stays, but I am not the chairman of the club so I can't tell you anything about that.
"We will see what happens in the future.
"No matter where he goes, I will always keep him in my heart and I have a huge respect for him - as a manager, as a friend, as an ex-footballer, because he knows what it takes to be a footballer."
