Arsenal striker Emmanuel Adebayor has defended manager Arsene Wenger's youth policy.
"It is easy to say that you need more senior players to help you cope with the pressure, because they have been there and done it - but that doesn't mean they will be able to help you when the team is doubting itself," he said.
"We are all human beings. Arsene Wenger sometimes has doubts. We have some senior players like Kolo Toure and William Gallas, but most of the time they are in doubt as well. So they are not going to help the younger players.
"The most important thing is for each player to believe in himself."
