Emmanuel Adebayor is demanding Arsenal teammates show more self-belief as they chase the Premiership title this season.

The striker said: "Sometimes now, when we are 1-0 up we become frustrated and start panicking. Last season, when we were 1-0 up, we knew we were going to win the game easily, but this season, when we are winning we are more afraid than they are.

"At the moment we are playing with the handbrake on and we need to tell ourselves to be free and keep going and believe in ourselves."
