Emmanuel Adebayor insists Arsenal have been written-off unfairly by pundits over their Premiership tilt.

He declared: "I think it is unfair if you make a definite conclusion that we have not been convincing recently. In some of the matches we have been unlucky. Some of our efforts have hit the post and stuff like that.

"But we know we cannot afford any more slip-ups at this stage. I agree there were some matches where we were expected to pick up all three points but that is football.

"We also surprised a lot of people with our response against AC Milan. United and Chelsea have lost matches they were expected to win this season as well, so the race is still open. We have what it takes to win the title."
