Arsenal striker Emmanuel Adebayor accepts their wayward finishing almost cost them at Dynamo Kiev this week.
"It was difficult for us, having missed so many chances earlier in the game, but in the end we have taken a point so that is all positive," said Adebayor, reflecting on the 1-1 draw.
The striker was saved embarrassment when Gallas bundled home the loose ball at the far post which he had missed.
"We know that we will have some difficult times in the season, but that is football," said Adebayor.
"At least we are creating chances, now we just have to keep on playing our own football and at the end, we will see. This has been a tough schedule for us, but we have to keep on going."
Arsenal face another away trip following their return to England, as they face Bolton at the Reebok Stadium in Saturday's early-evening kick-off.
Adebayor said: "As players, we always knew before the season started that we would have periods like this - sometimes you have to play on Saturday, then go away again on Monday to Europe. But we will be ready for it.
"Going up to Bolton is always a difficult game, but as a player you just have to be ready and see what you can do."
