Antonio Adan is delighted with his move to Cagliari.
The former Real Madrid goalkeeper joined Cagliari as a free agent this week.
"When I was released two months ago, I received a number of requests," he told reporters.
"But Cagliari's was the most convincing. I immediately said yes because I think they are the ideal team for me to continue my career with.
"I want to grow along with this club.
"Serie A is one of the most important Leagues in the world and I can't wait to play in it."
