Adams hails work of Portsmouth academy boss Hart

Portsmouth assistant boss Tony Adams has hailed the work of academy director Paul Hart.

Pompey's director of youth operations has so far recruited James Hurst, Gael N'Lundulu and Gaulthier Mahoto to his Academy ranks.

And Adams is convinced the club is moving in the right direction.

He said: "Paul Hart is trying to do the business for us at youth-team level and brought a lad in from West Brom and some French lads.

"He is trying hard for the future as well - a one for now, one for later type of thing. Everything is coming along nicely."
