Blackpool star Charlie Adam will report for pre-season training on Monday as a potential summer shift to Liverpool has not yet been completed.
The Scotland midfielder has been heavily linked with a move to Anfield but says at this stage there have only been talks with the clubs and nothing more.
"I go back to Blackpool on Monday, and that's the way it is," he told the Blackpool Gazette.
"Everybody knows the situation - the club have met with Liverpool but that's as far as it has gone.
"I had a conversation with the chairman but that will remain private.
"It's important that we keep everything in-house - whatever happens will happen."
