Stoke City midfielder Charlie Adam is confident their luck will change against Swansea City.
The Potters will draw encouragement from the fact that they have already held champions Manchester City and in-form Arsenal in their home games and they will be endeavouring to build on those draws when they face Michael Laudrup's side.
"I think the performances have certainly merited more than what we have got so far," the Scotland international told Potters Matchday Magazine.
"Wigan was a tough game away from home, then it was Manchester City and Chelsea - that isn't easy. Add on top of those, the games against Reading and Arsenal before I arrived and I think you can say that starts don't tend to come much tougher.
"We have acquitted ourselves extremely well though, but sadly we just haven't reaped the rewards we maybe deserved."
