Charlie Adam is convinced Liverpool can upset moneybags of Manchester City.

Tomorrow's clash will be the sternest challenge yet for the new-look Liverpool. They face a table-topping side who have scored 23 goals in their last six away league games.

Yet Adam insisted: "It's 11 against 11. They've spent a lot of money but we have as well.

"The focus for us is trying to catch them, as they're top of the league. Also, we want to win a few games on the bounce."
