"In the last year I have lived through something extraordinary," said the striker. "To win the World Cup and Champions League is the dream of any player from when he first starts kicking a ball.
"I still can't quite believe what happened. This is why I often rewatch the game with Liverpool so I can confirm to myself it was all real."
He's not done yet, though, as the ambitious hitman who will turn 34 in August already has his sights set on more silverware.
"We have now created a magical atmosphere at Milan. It's fairly unique and that is why it's no coincidence we have played three Champions League Finals in five years.
"I am on holiday, but already thinking ahead to the first game at San Siro. It will be so wonderful. We have to focus on a good start in Serie A and winning the European Super Cup."
