Marcos Cafu admits he's yet to decide whether he'll play on after leaving AC Milan at the end of the season.

"This is a really sad moment for me because I am leaving and I will miss this team greatly," Cafu explained. "I will be heading home and I'm going on holiday for two or three months before I decide whether I should retire or continue playing.

"I spoke to Milan Vice-President Adriano Galliani and he told me that the doors will always be open if I decided to come back and work for the club.

"One thing is certain - I will never forget my time here because they were a brilliant five years."
