AC Milan are planning a swap offer for Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos. Corriere dello Sport says Milan are ready to offer Real MadridAlexandre Pato in exchange for Ramos.
Given that Ramos' future with the Liga side is in doubt, the Italians are ready to discuss a possible swap deal.
Milan need a defender with Ramos' characteristics given that he can play as a right-back and in the middle.
