AC Mila have told Ronaldinho in no uncertain terms that now is the time to deliver. With Kaka now gone, Ronaldinho is seen as the man to fill the void and new Milan coach Leonardo said: "He's a talent. Now he must take responsibility.

"Dinho must train. He's a weapon and I believe it is his duty to commit and give his best. He must change his approach."

New skipper Massimo Ambrosini went further, saying: "Each of us must give something more than before.

"(Samuel) Eto'o and (Wayne) Rooney will sacrifice for the team, if we can convince some of our comrades to do the same, we can achieve good results."
