AC Milan want QPR's Taarabt permanently but for cut price

Italian club AC Milan are keen to purchase Adel Taarabt permanently but will look to pay less for his services than QPR have asked for.

The 24-year old Moroccan playmaker joined the Rossoneri in January, having had his loan spell with Fulham ended prematurely, and has impressed during his spell at the San Siro.

The Daily Mail suggests that QPR want £6.5million for the player they bought from Tottenham in 2010 but Milan are unwilling to go any higher than £4m.

Taarabt is expected to be one of many players to leave Loftus Road this summer if the west London fall short in their quest to return to the Premier League.

The former Lens youngster has been in fine touch for Milan, scoring four goals in 12 Serie A appearances since his arrival.
