AC Milan want Maldini to take charge of scouting

AC Milan have made an offer to former club captain Paolo Maldini to join their front office next season.

Gazzetta dello Sport says Milan want Maldini to take charge of the club's scouting team. He would work alongside Ariedo Braida checking on transfer targets.

Last week, it was revealed Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani made an approach to Maldini a fortnight ago to come out of retirement for the remaining games of the season.
