AC Milan are ready to offer £14 million for Arsenal striker Emmanuel Adebayor.
Tuttosport says Milan will use the cash raised from Kaka's sale to Real Madrid to fund a bid for the Togo ace.
Adebayor almost joined Milan last summer and his signing will go a long way to convincing coach Carlo Ancelotti to stay at the San Siro next season.
