Incoming Barcelona coach Tito Vilanova sees AC Milan defender Thiago Silva as his priority signing for the summer market. Sport says Vilanova has already requested Thiago Silva's capture during transfer talks with sports director Andoni Zubizarreta.

The Brazilian is aware of their interest and waiting anxiously for new developments - and its emerged Milan have discreetly spoken to agents about making interested clubs aware that he can be sold at a starting price of €40 million.

Barca won't go higher than €25 million - but are willing to include players in their offer. Adriano, Seydou Keita and Ibrahim Afellay are early candidates.
