AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi cannot guarantee coach Carlo Ancelotti staying at the San Siro next season.

"I think the agreement between Ancelotti and [Vice-President Adriano] Galliani is they will sit round a table at the end of the season to talk about the future," said Berlusconi.

"United or divided, the way this campaign ends can influence the decisions that will be made. We are great friends and united by affection stretching back to his playing days, so the future will be decided in absolute harmony."

The Coach has been heavily linked with the jobs at Chelsea, Real Madrid and Roma, while Berlusconi already seems to be running up the list of potential successors.

"I would go with a new Coach like I did back with Arrigo Sacchi or Fabio Capello. I have not discussed even once with Galliani the name of a new tactician."
