AC Milan striker Stephan El Shaarawy admits their Champions League win at Anderlecht was a battle.
El Shaarawy praised Anderlecht for their performance even with 10 men, but Milan "suffered" to earn qualification.
"The result was very important and we are so happy," he said of the 3-1 victory in Belgium.
"It was like the Zenit game, when we managed to suffer and then bring home the result."
