AC Milan striker Mario Balotelli has been hit with a three-match ban.

The striker had already earned himself a one-match suspension after accumulating five yellow cards.

But Serie A officials have today confirmed that the Italy international will now be banned for a further two games after comments he made to match officials during the draw with Fiorentina.
