AC Milan star Ronaldinho welcomes Man City push

AC Milan ace Ronaldinho has revealed he's weighing up an offer from Manchester City. Ronaldinho's brother and agent Roberto De Assis insists City representatives have been in touch and are keen to sign him from AC Milan.

De Assis has now asked for showdown talks with the Italians where Ronaldinho is increasingly unsettled.

It could mean that City are set for another big-money chase for another Brazilian from AC Milan after failing with a £100million bid for Kaka in January.

But De Assis made it clear that Ronaldinho is interested in the possibility of a Premier League move with City the only club likely to be able to afford the World Cup hero.

De Assis said: "Some clubs have asked me about him and his situation but any move depends on Milan."

Ronaldinho, on Brazil duty, told the Mirror: "At the end of the season I want a meeting with the directors of Milan.

"This season has not been positive for me but I am a professional and I still want to help Milan achieve things and until the end I will not speculate on my future."
