The vice president of the small shareholders of AC Milan has questioned their transfer market plans.

Giuseppe La Scala says there must be confusion with club in the middle of a takeover.

He told Sportitalia: "I wonder how it is possible to lead the market in a transition phase between the old and the new properties, which are linked to the Chinese capital?

"How is it carried out by the old management and not by the new one chosen by those who will be the next owners?
