AC Milan are ready to add a new assistant to Massimiliano Allegri's bench.
Milan president Silvio Berlusconi and No2 Adriano Galliani have decided to stand by Allegri, but want changes within his backroom staff.
Negotiations are now underway about finding a new assistant for Allegri, which includes former Italy U21 coach Devis Mangia.
Primavera coach Pippo Inzaghi has also been mentioned.
