AC Milan are ready to take Renato Sanches off Swansea City's hands this summer.

The midfielder is on-loan at Swansea this season from Bayern Munich, but has struggled to make any sort impact in England.

Swans boss Carlos Carvalhal has refused to give up on the Portugal international, though he is expected to be sent back to Bayern at season's end.

Meanwhile, Tuttosport says Milan are keen to bring the youngster to Italy this summer - and on a permanent deal.

The Rossonero are also interested in Sanches' Bayern teammate Arturo Vidal.
