AC Milan president Paolo Scaroni has joked about the expected arrival of Ivan Gazidis.

It emerged this week that Milan have reached a breakthrough in negotiations with the Arsenal chief exec about a move to Italy.

Gazidis would arrive to ease the daily demands of Scaroni.
