AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi admits it will take three years to return to the top after their clearout.

Berlusconi is pinning his hopes on their young players.

"It will take at least three years to get back to the top: we have focused on young players," said Berlusconi.

"(M'Baye) Niang, according to many is better than (Mario) Balotelli, (Stephen) El Shaarawy and (Mattia) De Sciglio are among the best."
