AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi has questioned the ambition of Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez.

Tevez is set to leave Manchester City in January, but the Rossoneri want him on loan whereas Paris Saint-Germain can offer €30m and much bigger wages straight away.

Berlusconi declared: "Tevez has two choices," the patron told Sky Sport Italia. "Milan represent prestige and the ability to win everything, including the Ballon d'Or. Paris Saint-Germain represent a large intake of money."
