AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi insists they could still make a signing before the summer transfer window closes.

While coach Carlo Ancelotti says the "market is closed" for the Rossoneri, Berlusconi has told fans: "From here to August 31 we will see, we had nearly closed a deal for (Real Madrid midfielder) Emerson then the negotiations fell through. It's always very difficult, but still perhaps the final word has not yet been uttered."
