AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi is adamant they can win the Scudetto.

Milan will go top if they beat Napoli today.

"I believe in the Scudetto," Berlusconi said during a political meeting.

"The team has to believe in itself until the end. It would be a shame not to do it now."
