AC Milan sensation Stephan El Shaarawy insists the players are fully behind coach Maxi Allegri.
El Shaarawy struck the winner against Genoa yesterday.
"At this moment in time, we have to stay united and alongside Coach Massimiliano Allegri," he explained.
"We are all with him, we were at the start and we'll continue to stand by him. That is all that counts right now."
