AC Milan are maintaining contact with the camp of Juventus striker Alessandro Matri. Matri is up for sale at Juve and has offers from England and Spain.
However, he wants to remain in Serie A and has been told by Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri to stay patient this week.
Milan intend to bid for Matri should they see off PSV Eindhoven in their Champions League qualifier in the coming days.
