AC Milan have opened talks for Lecce wing-back Djamel Mesbah.

Mesbah has revealed interest from Tottenham in the last week.

"At the moment we are in talks, but that is all. I can confirm a meeting this afternoon between Lecce and Milan to talk about Mesbah," agent Alessandro Lucci told Milannews.

"I am acting as an intermediary for Lecce so the lad can find the right solution. The chat with the Rossoneri went well and he'd certainly be enthusiastic about such a move."
