AC Milan chief Adriano Galliani admits some nerves over Roberto Mancini's return to Inter Milan. Mancini's first game in charge will be against Milan.
"The change on the Inter bench complicates things for us," Galliani said.
"Statistically a new Coach gives a team a 'bounce' that lasts three or four matches, then everything returns to normal.
"Of course that doesn't take into account the qualities of Roberto Mancini.
"Injuries can [also] decide games like this, at the moment we have a few but it's a normal situation and it's not a cause for concern."
"However, we hope that soon the Milan derby will once again be seen as a title decider."
