AC Milan midfielder Antonio Nocerino says everyone has a smile on their face in the Italy squad.

Italy coach Cesare Prandelli said he would take on a new approach to the Azzurri when he replaced Marcello Lippi in the summer of 2010.

"In this Nazionale we have fun, enjoy our football, work hard and focus on possession," said Nocerino.

"It is a very good concept of football, which is confirmed by the results we achieved in this qualifying group.

"When the team has fun and can rely on a precise approach, everything becomes easier. The Coach has to be given credit for creating such a good group with consistent football."
