AC Milan skipper Riccardo Montolivo insists Mario Balotelli is in good spirits with the Italy squad.
The striker goes into the World Cup on the back of a controversial season.
"Mario is very relaxed, but he knows that the World Cup can be a very important barometer for him on the international level. He knows he will have the support of all the team, but he knows he will have to do all he can for the benefit of the team.
"It's been very good to see Marcello Lippi, but we were training and there wasn't much of a chance to chat."
