LA Galaxy midfielder David Beckham won't throw a wobbler if he fails to see action for AC Milan against Manchester United this week.
Former United star Beckham has been dropped from the starting XI in the last two games and has his sights set on Tuesday's Champions League clash.
"I am very happy at Milan and pleased to be back here," Becks told the media after Friday's 3-2 victory over Udinese.
"This is a great squad and allows me to play at the highest level. When I arrived I knew what the situation was and my role. I'm working hard every day to be ready."
Beckham came off the bench in the second half against Udinese, but Alexandre Pato's comeback from injury limits his chances.
"It wouldn't have been very important if I didn't play against Udinese, just as it won't be if I don't play on Tuesday. Obviously I'd love to, but the Coach will decide.
"All that matters is Milan win and go through to the next round. It doesn't matter how many games I play, I just want my team to be successful.
"I am disappointed that Ryan Giggs won't be able to play on Tuesday, as he is a truly great player."
