AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has welcomed their deal for Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli. Balotelli will sign a four-and-a-half-year contract to complete a transfer from Manchester City thought to be worth 20m plus a further 3m in performance-related bonuses.
"I certainly don't need to present Mario Balotelli to you," smiled Vice-President Galliani on Milan Channel after landing at Malpensa Airport.
"It is a dream come true and one that we all wanted, starting from President Silvio Berlusconi on the front line.
"With Mario's arrival we strengthen our squad a great deal. We worked hard on this and Mario has been in our hearts for some time, so we finally managed to get him."
