AC Milan have lost strikers Pippo Inzaghi and Alexandre Pato for the derby against Inter Milan.
Milan's 3-1 victory over Palermo put them top of the table, but it came at a price, as both strikers limped off the field.
"Unfortunately we have lost two players like Pato and Inzaghi, who were doing well and will miss the next few games," explained Coach Massimiliano Allegri.
"Pippo sprained his knee, we have to hope for the best. Pato felt a pain in his thigh and I think we'll only know more tomorrow."
